Our hours are 8:30 – 5:00 Monday through Thursday and 8:30 to noon on Friday for both Lafayette and Baton Rouge.
However, we would be happy to make special arrangements for evening or weekend consultations.
*Hours are extended from January 15th through April 15th at all offices.
Our standard billing procedure is to bill monthly for services rendered. We require payment upon receipt. Fees for tax returns are due at the time of pick-up. All standard forms of payment are accepted including credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
For individuals, you must request a copy of our tax questionnaire for the year needed. The questionnaire ensures that we know everything we need to know in order to begin the process of working on your tax return, in addition to helping give you an idea of the information you will need to gather for our services.
For businesses we prefer that your materials be in a computer accounting program, but we have taken materials in almost every imaginable form. Contact us with questions about specific software packages. We are experienced in the use of several packages including Peachtree and Quickbooks.
We bill our regular hourly rates for IRS audits. Hourly rates for staff members vary based on the experience level of the person.
